Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointment bookings can be made online, via email or over the phone. We always to our very best to accommodate but please accept our apologies if we are unable to fit you in, in such case, we have a cancellation list in place where we will keep your name and number should a suitable time arise. All appointments must be paid for on the day of appointment, we do not offer and credit service.
For cancellations, we require 24hrs notice, anything less than this will incur a charge. A charge of 50% of the booking cost will be charged for cancellations on the day before your appointment time and 100% of the cost of the appointment will be charged for cancellations on the day of the appointment or for no-shows. If your booking was made online, we will automatically charge your card used for securing the booking in the event of a no-show, otherwise, we will get in contact with you over the phone and failing this, the cost will be on your account for the future.
