Orders Dispatch
We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. All orders placed before 12pm on a Tuesday will be dispatched on the same day and orders placed between Tuesday and Friday will be dispatched on Friday. In most cases, once we dispatch an order, delivery time is next day in Ireland but please allow for our dispatch days between this. Your order will arrive via Fastway Couriers.

Shipping Cost
We charge a flat rate of €6 for all orders no matter the size or weight.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please notify us via email ONLY (bellabeautyballina@gmail.com). This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a returns label and the package will need to be handed to your local Fastway delivery driver for returning.

If you change your mind and decide you wish to return an item (that is not faulty or damaged), you must email us directly for a delivery address and costs for this must be covered by the sender. Please ensure you have the order packaged carefully to ensure the product arrives in working order. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.

International Shipping
If you wish to place an order outside of Ireland, please email us at bellabeautyballina@gmail.com where will then check out if this is possible and get back to you with a shipping cost.

Delivery During a Sale
Due to the high volume of orders received during a sale, our delivery time may increase in order for us to fulfill all orders received. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but rest assured we are working very hard in the background to get your order to you.

Out of Stock Items
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. Sometimes it may happen that an item will be showing in stock on our website when in fact we are out of stock. If this unfortunate event occurs, we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled and how soon we can get it to you.

Discount Codes
Discount codes only apply to certain items and depending on the code, they may only be applicable to certain brands. Most discounts can only be used one per customer. In some cases, other terms and conditions may apply.
